The PC3 file extension is associated with AutoCAD. It is a plotter configuration file, used to configure printer settings for printing out AutoCAD designs. When a draftsperson is finished a design in AutoCAD, they have the option to print the design using the filetype PC3.
The PC3 file contains all the printer configuration and setting information that AutoCAD needs to properly send the design to the correct device.
