The USR file extension is a FileMaker Pro database file that is created and used in FileMaker Pro, a cross-platform relational database application developed by Claris International Inc. The USR file stores relational data such as tables, scripts, fields, forms and layouts that may be accessed and modified by other applications such as Microsoft Access. In addition, the USR file is stored in a plain text format which allows users to open the files to view or modify their content with any text editor.
