What is GP3 file?

A GP3 file, known as a .GP3 file, stores project data saved with Guitar Pro 3, a guitar tablature editor for Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS created by Arobas Music. It can store multiple tracks of music which include tablature and score notation as well as chord diagrams. How to convert the file from MIDI to GP3?

To successfully convert the MIDI file to GP3, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.MIDI). The next step is to select the target format from the list, in this case GP3 (usually converters allow you to convert to several different formats, so check out their features - maybe one of the available formats will suit you more than GP3).
