The .SPF file extension stands for SlingPlayer Favorites File. It is a special file generated by SlingPlayer from Sling Media, Inc. that stores the settings and preferences of the user in order to provide an improved experience for the user.
SPF files are mainly used to store shortcuts, or “favorites”, that allow for fast access to media content stored on your computer, mobile device, and/or cloud storage.
