The MGX file extension stands for a drawing file created with Micrografx Designer. It is a vector-based illustration program that was developed and distributed by Micrografx, Inc. initially in the early 1990s. It is used to create illustrations, logos, animations, diagrams, presentations, and other vector-based media. The program is no longer supported or marketed by Micrografx.
