The PSH (Photodex Slide Show) file extension is used for creating digital photo slide shows with Photodex ProShow Producer software. ProShow Producer is developed by Photodex Corporation, which specializes in video slideshow software, and can be used to combine photos, videos, and music into memorable slideshows. These slideshows can be exported in a wide range of digital video and audio formats, as well as in the PSH file format.
The PSH file type stores the overall appearance of a slide show file created by ProShow Producer. It retains the general layout of a presentation, and all effects, transitions, animation settings and other details like image captions and background music, as defined in the software. PSH files can only be opened, exported or edited with ProShow Producer and can be found with the same file name as the original project. Files in the PSH format cannot be opened or viewed using any other software programs other than those mentioned above.
