NUPKG (NuGet Package) is a file format used by NuGet, a package management system designed for the.NET software framework. The NUPKG allows developers to secure, organize and distribute different versions of the .NET libraries they are using. The NuGet library comes in the form of a file package that can be created and then shared with other developers. Each NUPKG file comprises of .dll and .exe binaries, as well as several other files like configuration metadata, source code and license information.
