What is XSPF file?
XSPF (XML Shareable Playlist Format) is an .xspf file type which is used to store music files and multimedia playlists. This file format was developed by the University of California in 2002 as a basic, easy-to-read format for sharing music playlists. How to convert the file from XSPF to PLS?
To successfully convert the XSPF file to PLS, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.XSPF). The next step is to select the target format from the list, in this case PLS (usually converters allow you to convert to several different formats, so check out their features - maybe one of the available formats will suit you more than PLS).
What is a file conversion?
