What is MOV file?

The MOV (MOV) file format is a commonly-used container for digital multimedia on the Apple Macintosh platform. It is based on the QuickTime movie (QuickTime) container format developed by Apple Inc. and standardized in SMPTE's RFC 2326. The MOV format is currently used to store both audio and video data, as well as meta data for interactive applications. How to convert the file from STR to MOV?

To successfully convert the STR file to MOV, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.STR). The next step is to select the target format from the list, in this case MOV (usually converters allow you to convert to several different formats, so check out their features - maybe one of the available formats will suit you more than MOV).

What is a file conversion?

A data conversion is normally an automated process to some extent. The effect of the operation of one program is automatically the input product of another application.
