What is ACE file?

ACE (.ace) is a compressed archive file used, in particular, by WinAce. It is the most popular standard for file compression and one of the oldest. ACE files share several features with other compression programs such as WinZip (.zip) and WinRAR (.rar). An ACE file is usually structured like a self-expanding executable archive. How to convert the file from RAR to ACE?

To successfully convert the RAR file to ACE, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.RAR). The next step is to select the target format from the list, in this case ACE (usually converters allow you to convert to several different formats, so check out their features - maybe one of the available formats will suit you more than ACE).
