The M4R format is used for encoding audio in iTunes and is basically a renamed AAC (.AAC) file. M4R files are also capable of supporting High-Efficiency Advanced Audio Coding (HE-AAC) which was created as an alternative to the regular Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) encoding used in M4R files. How to convert the file from OGG to M4R?

To successfully convert the OGG file to M4R, you should install one of the applications from the list.
