The MTS file extension stands for the high definition video format referred to as Advanced Video Coding High Definition or AVCHD Video. This format was developed by a joint venture between Sony and Panasonic for use in digital camcorders that record and store video on MiniDV tapes. How to convert the file from M4V to MTS?
