What is DST file?

The .DST file extension is a widely used vector graphic file format for embroidery machines. It was created by Tajima Corporation as a proprietary format for their popular series of embroidery digitizing software. What is EXP file?

The EXP (Symbols Export File) .EXP is a type of plain text file format used for exporting symbols from software programs, usually stored in a library. Most commonly, it is used with AutoCAD, a computer-aided design (CAD) program for 2D and 3D design and drafting. It may also be used with texture mapper programs, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, to store palletized images, called bitmaps. How to convert the file from DST to EXP?

To successfully convert the DST file to EXP, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.DST). The next step is to select the target format from the list, in this case EXP (usually converters allow you to convert to several different formats, so check out their features - maybe one of the available formats will suit you more than EXP).

What is a file conversion?
