What is CVS file?
A CVS file is a Canvas 3 Drawing File. It is used for storing drawings created with Canvas 3, a drawing and publishing application for Windows and Mac OS, though it can also be opened in Canvas X, a later version of Canvas. CVS files are saved in a vector image format that stores points, lines, shapes, colors, and font information. They may include layers, effects, styles, bitmaps, slideshows, animations, and audio information. [ ⏩ ] CVS file extension
What is VCF file?
The .VCF file is a vCard file format. It is a standardized file format that stores contact information such as name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, and other contact information. It is commonly used for contact exchange and commonly created in applications such as Apple Contacts or Microsoft Outlook and can then be exported in VCF format. In addition to the above mentioned contact details, VCF files can also store images, photos, logos and other data. [ ⏩ ] VCF file extension

How to convert the file from CVS to VCF?
To successfully convert the CVS file to VCF, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.CVS). The next step is to select the target format from the list, in this case VCF (usually converters allow you to convert to several different formats, so check out their features - maybe one of the available formats will suit you more than VCF).
What is a file conversion?
A data conversion is normally an automated process to some extent. The effect of the operation of one program is automatically the input product of another application. If that does not happen we need to help the process a little bit and convert the file on our own, e.g. CVS to VCF. To obtain a matched structure of the data, it is necessary to use an appropriate converter.
Program for converting CVS files to VCF files is a kind of a "binary code translator" compensating for the differences in the code or translating it in such a way so that another application could use it. For us, as users, the visible change will be only another file extension. (After converting the file, it will be the extension VCF, while before this step we had the CVS file). For the programs, the difference is on a much higher level – either the application will be able to open a new VCF file, or not.
