What is AMR file?
The .AMR file extension is associated with the Adaptive Multi-Rate Codec (or AMR) audio file format. How to convert the file from AMR to AC3?
To successfully convert the AMR file to AC3, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.AMR).
