TGD is a game file format, used in the Procedural Terrain Generation Plugin for the open source 3D modeling database, Blender. This plugin is used to create realistic 3D renderings of entire cities in a fraction of the time needed for traditional modeling methods. The TGD file format contains 3D geometry, atmospherics and textures which define a virtual world built on terrain coordinates.
