The OSU file extension is primarily associated with Osu!, a free rhythm game originally developed for Microsoft Windows. Osu! can be played using a mouse, keyboard, or gamecontroller. This rhythm game is particularly popular in East Asian countries, such as Japan, China, and South Korea.
