The GTM file extension, also known as the GreekToMe translation file, is a single-file data format used mainly for storing combined Greek Texts with their English translations. This extension was developed by Logos Bible Software, and is used to store word-for-word translations of the Anathem Bible and the Polyglot Bible, which both come from the Logos Bible Software.
The GTM files contain Greek Texts, along with their English translation and morphological information. These translation files are especially helpful for bible students and other researchers who reads the Greek Texts and need to access an English version of it while studying. The GreekToMe format is an electronic tab-delimited file format with an.gtm extension which allows a fully loaded Greek lexicon to be combined with an English Bible translation, as well as morphology codes. It contains formatted text data such as bold fonts and underlines.
