ARFF (Attribute-Relation File Format) is a type of file extension used primarily with Weka data mining and machine learning software. The ARFF format is an ASCII text file that always ends with the extension .arff. It describes a list of data-attributes along with their properties, as well as the data-instances based on these attributes. How to convert the file from EXCEL to ARFF?

To successfully convert the EXCEL file to ARFF, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.EXCEL).
