The LDIF file extension is used to store data in the LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) directory. It stands for Lightweight Directory Interchange Format, a text-based format for representing directory content. How to convert the file from CSV to LDIF?

To successfully convert the CSV file to LDIF, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.CSV). The next step is to select the target format from the list, in this case LDIF (usually converters allow you to convert to several different formats, so check out their features - maybe one of the available formats will suit you more than LDIF).

What is a file conversion?
