The SHX file extension stands for a compiled shape file used by the computer-aided design software AutoCAD. This type of file is used to store a collection of instructions for AutoCAD-supported commands and functions. How to convert the file from APR to SHX?

To successfully convert the APR file to SHX, you should install one of the applications from the list. After installing the software, open the program and select the file you want to convert (file-name.APR). The next step is to select the target format from the list, in this case SHX (usually converters allow you to convert to several different formats, so check out their features - maybe one of the available formats will suit you more than SHX).

What is a file conversion?
